Flash Birds

with Anika Carpenter

Flash Birds with Anika Carpenter
An online generative writing workshop

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
From geese that lay golden eggs to talking ravens, from murderous gulls to heartbreaking kestrels, birds have inspired some unforgettable stories.

In this workshop, we'll look at birds through the eyes of artists, designers, film makers, and storytellers. There will be a series of bird-inspired writing prompts and opportunities to share what you have written if you would like to.

Birds will be our springboard for new story ideas, but you’re not obliged to write avian adventures. Each prompt is designed to let your imagination fly free.

Come, pen a pink-footed flash! A lesser-spotted short-short! A long-tailed micro!
